Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cr77 ("cr77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cr77 online sportsbook and casino platform accessible at https://cr77.io and any associated mobile applications, APIs, or sub-domains (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any feature of the cr77 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. cr77 operates this Platform for the entertainment of its registered players and does not accept wagers from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by applicable law.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on cr77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cr77 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You are registering as an individual in your own legal name and on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, including cr77, or subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from gambling.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of cr77 or any of its game and content suppliers, and you are not a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which using the cr77 service is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. cr77 may request supporting documentation to verify any of the information provided.

Account Management

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one single cr77 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, all balances being forfeited, and the matter being referred to relevant fraud prevention agencies where appropriate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cr77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify cr77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• cr77 may, at its reasonable discretion, require you to change your password at any time if it believes your account security may have been compromised.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee, as published in the relevant fee schedule.
• Account balances held in dormant accounts that remain unclaimed after the period specified in the applicable dormancy policy may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cr77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cr77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly with no platform-side processing fee. cr77 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which cr77 accepts no responsibility. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by cr77 within the timeframes stated below, subject to KYC verification being fully complete and no withdrawal hold being in effect on the account:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically 5–30 minutes, around the clock, 365 days per year.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days.

Funds deposited into your cr77 account are held in a segregated player funds account, separate from cr77's operational funds. This arrangement is intended to provide a degree of protection for player balances; however, cr77 does not guarantee the return of funds in all circumstances and players should be aware of the inherent risks of depositing funds with any online platform.

cr77 may apply a withdrawal hold in circumstances including but not limited to: active KYC review, suspected fraudulent activity, unresolved bonus wagering requirements, or a chargeback dispute being in progress. cr77 will notify the player in writing of any withdrawal hold and the reason therefor.

Betting Rules & Wagers

All bets placed on the cr77 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to bet settlement.

A bet is deemed accepted only once cr77 has issued a confirmation to the player, which will include a unique bet reference number. Until such confirmation is issued, no bet has been placed. cr77 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. cr77 may apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. cr77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market during an event.
• Odds are subject to change at any time up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Bets placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system error or human error — may be voided by cr77. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Winnings will be credited to your account balance following official settlement of the relevant event, as determined by cr77 in accordance with the applicable sport rules.

Casino & Games Rules

The cr77 casino section features games supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently certified for fairness.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific table, as communicated by the live dealer or host during the session. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the game outcome will be determined by the platform's last recorded state, in accordance with the applicable game provider's disconnection policy.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are specific to each game and table and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

Bonuses & Promotions

cr77 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms when accepted.

General bonus conditions that apply to all cr77 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or utilise promotional offers.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer.
• Bonuses expire at the date and time stated in the promotion terms. Any unused bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• cr77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if it determines that the promotion is being abused, that there has been a technical error in the promotion setup, or for any other reasonable business reason.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cr77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud cr77 or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks filed in bad faith, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Automated systems: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform without the prior written consent of cr77.
• Match-fixing and corruption: Any involvement in, or knowledge of, corrupt activity relating to sporting events covered by cr77's sportsbook. cr77 cooperates fully with relevant sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies.
• Money laundering: Using cr77 accounts to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purposes of money laundering or any other financial crime. cr77 is obligated to report suspicious transactions and cooperates with applicable financial intelligence units.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between cr77 and other operators, or within cr77's own markets, in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate sports betting strategy, as determined by cr77 at its sole discretion.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform, including in game software provided by third-party suppliers.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

Responsible Gaming

cr77 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and takes seriously its obligations to protect vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Time-out: Take a short break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is suspended for wagering purposes but you may still withdraw any remaining balance.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications will cease and the account will be locked against wagering and deposits.

cr77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited or returned to the original payment source, at cr77's discretion.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by cr77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cr77 collects personal data including but not limited to: name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gambling transaction history. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the cr77 service. cr77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the cr77 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. cr77 stores personal data on secure servers and applies technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure of player data.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cr77 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database schemas, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of cr77 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cr77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any cr77 content without prior written authorisation.

cr77 and the cr77 logo are trademarks of cr77. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cr77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cr77 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cr77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if cr77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• cr77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components.
• cr77 is not liable for any losses resulting from your reliance on incorrect odds, statistics, or market information displayed on the Platform.
• cr77 is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.

Account Suspension & Termination

cr77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider in connection with the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Account inactivity as described in Section 3.

In the event of account closure by cr77 for reasons attributable to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. In the event of account closure for reasons not attributable to the player's breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cr77 support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the verified payment method on the account.

Amendments to Terms

cr77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — cr77 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on the player's account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
